Two More Beers approached Vitrum with a clear brief: design an efficient kitchen and bar for their debut UK venue, source every piece of equipment, and meet a non-negotiable opening date. They needed one partner to cover workflow design, regulatory compliance, and turnkey supply—so they could focus on brewing buzz, not managing vendors.
What we delivered
Workflow-driven kitchen
We planned the cookline around prep-to-pass sequences, cutting transit steps and bottlenecks.
The UK’s first Manhattan Bar module
Our compact, all-in-one station concentrates refrigeration, sinks, speed rails, and garnish space—freeing floor area and saving the client one full-time bartender without reducing output.
Single-source procurement
Over 100 items—ovens, under-counter fridges, custom oak stools—arrived on a coordinated timetable, streamlining customs and build-out.
Regulation, sorted
Ventilation, grease management, electrics, and HACCP requirements were baked into the design, ensuring the site passed inspection on the first visit.
